1 pound of large shrimp
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hoagie rolls
2 cups of shredded lettuce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining them. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
