  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

  • Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until it forms a uniform marinade.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the shrimp until they’re well coated. For best results, let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Once the shrimp have marinated, thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each one.
