1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
Optional Additions: red food coloring, chopped nuts

Instructions
Start by greasing an 8×8 inch baking pan, making sure it’s well-coated to avoid sticking later on. You can also line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salt on low heat. Stir continuously.
Once fully combined and smooth, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips until they’re melted and glossy. Optionally, add red food coloring.
Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking pan, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Let your fudge cool at room temperature for about an hour or in the fridge overnight for the best texture.
