1/2 cup of Honey
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs, making sure they're well coated in that glorious marinade. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or longer for better flavor.
Fire up your grill to medium-high heat and ensure the coals are hot and ashy if using a charcoal grill.
