Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace: Start by gathering all your ingredients and tools. You’ll need a frying pan or deep fryer, mixing bowls, a plate for the breadcrumbs, and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Set Up Your Dredging Station: In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. And finally, in a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and crushed Hot Cheetos.
- Coat the Cheese Sticks: Grab a mozzarella stick and dip it into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it in the Cheetos and breadcrumb mixture until it’s fully covered.
- Freeze Before Frying: Place the coated mozzarella sticks on your lined baking sheet and freeze them for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the Oil: While the cheese sticks freeze, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches around 350°F (175°C).
