  • 1/4 cup of green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mirin (optional)

  • Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and mirin. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  • With wet hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
