Ingredients

1 pound of ground chicken
1/4 cup of green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and mirin. Mix gently but thoroughly.
With wet hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Preheat your grill to medium-high or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the meatballs on the grill or in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Simmer until thickened.
