- 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 4 Burger Buns

- Special Garnishes: Fresh Cilantro, Avocado Slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, jerk seasoning, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix gently but thoroughly until well blended.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indent in the center of each patty.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, diced mango, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss to mix well.
- Toast your burger buns briefly on the grill or stove if desired. Place each patty on a bun, top with the mango slaw, and add any additional garnishes you prefer.
