1 pound Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Almond Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened (about 5 minutes). Then add the mushrooms and garlic, cooking until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until you have a dough consistency.
