Instructions
Prepare the kiwis: Start by peeling the kiwis and cutting them into chunks. Make sure they are ripe for the best flavor.
Make the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the kiwi chunks, lime juice, and cooled syrup. Blend until smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or lime juice.
Freeze the mixture: Pour the blended kiwi mixture into a shallow dish and cover. Place it in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm but not completely frozen.
