1 pound Ground Beef
3–4 Green Onions, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix until well-integrated but be careful not to overwork the meat.
Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them gently on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the meatballs in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm garnished with toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of extra soy sauce if desired.
