  • 34 Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix until well-integrated but be careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  • Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them gently on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the meatballs in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
  • Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm garnished with toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of extra soy sauce if desired.
