1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon of culinary lavender
2 large eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Optional: gluten-free flour blend
Optional: almond milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are just golden. Let it cool slightly.
