  • 1 cup Pecorino Cheese, grated
  • Zest from 2 Lemons
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red Pepper Flakes

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix grated pecorino cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  • Press each chicken breast into the cheese mixture to coat.
  • Heat a large skillet with a splash of olive oil and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • For the sauce, in the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream and lemon juice; simmer until slightly thickened.
