  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel the carrots and slice them into uniform pieces – about 1-2 inches long.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the maple syrup, salt, and pepper, stirring gently to combine.
  • In a large bowl, place the sliced carrots and pour the maple-butter mixture over them. Toss well to ensure each carrot is coated.
