1 cup dashi or water
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 large eggs

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour and dashi (or water) until smooth.

Add in the eggs and mix again thoroughly.
Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat with a touch of oil.
Pour about a cup of batter onto the skillet and spread slightly.
