Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour and powdered sugar, then pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Grease an 8×8 baking dish and press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom.
  • Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until light golden brown.

  • Layer half of the strawberry slices over the cooled crust, then pour the matcha cream over it.
