Ingredients

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of matcha powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the flour and powdered sugar, then pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Grease an 8×8 baking dish and press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom.
Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until light golden brown.
Whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the matcha powder and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
Layer half of the strawberry slices over the cooled crust, then pour the matcha cream over it.
Add the remaining strawberry slices on top and sprinkle with more matcha powder, if desired.
Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
