4 cups of corn kernels
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded cheese (like Cotija or queso fresco)
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lime (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
