1 cup Fresh Corn
½ cup Cotija Cheese
¼ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, grill or roast the corn on the cob until charred and tender. Allow it to cool slightly before cutting the kernels off the cob.
