  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Optional: Chopped vegetables, cooked bacon, spices

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or lining with muffin liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until just combined.
  • Scoop the meat mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
