1 can of croissant dough
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
1 egg (for egg wash)
Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the croissant dough on a clean, flat surface.
On the wide end of each croissant triangle, place a small amount of shredded mozzarella, followed by a slice of pepperoni, then another small amount of mozzarella on top.
Roll the croissant tightly from the wide end to the tip.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
