  • Apple Juice (1 cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Granulated Erythritol or Monk Fruit Sweetener (1 cup)
  • Optional Additions: Orange Zest, Cinnamon or Nutmeg
  • Special Garnishes: Mint Leaves, Icing Sugar or powdered Erythritol

  • Instructions

  • Rinse the Cranberries: Start by giving those cranberries a good rinse under cool water. You want them clean and sparkling for the party. Lay them out on a towel to dry a bit.
  • Cook the Cranberries: In a medium saucepan, combine the water and apple juice, and bring it to a boil. Add the cranberries and reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until the berries begin to burst.
  • Sweeten Up: Stir in your erythritol or monk fruit sweetener, mixing well until it’s fully dissolved. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Cool & Coat: Remove from heat and strain the cranberries through a colander. While still warm, toss them in a bowl with additional erythritol (if desired) and gently coat them.
  • Final Touch: Once cooled, toss a pinch of orange zest or a sprinkle of your favorite spice for that extra flair. Serve and enjoy!
