Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in sliced peaches until evenly distributed.
