  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line your baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
