  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of crushed saltine crackers
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of butter, melted

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the sliced yellow squash and chopped onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked squash and onion with the shredded cheddar cheese, crushed saltine crackers, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
