  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel and slice the onions into thin rings, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Place the onion slices in a bowl and pour the milk over them, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let them soak for about 10-15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
