  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (for the topping)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries. Then, add ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat and transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
