4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar (divided into ¾ cup and ¼ cup)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup all-purpose flour (for the topping)
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries. Then, add ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat and transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, ½ cup of all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
