- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar (divided into ¾ cup and ¼ cup)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for the topping)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries. Then, add ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to coat and transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, ½ cup of all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Spoon the oat mixture over the fruit filling covering it as much as possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
