- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix the peeled and sliced peaches with 1/2 cup of sugar and lemon juice. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spoon the batter over the peaches evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar over the top of the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden and bubbly.
