- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press three-quarters of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, gently toss the sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon until well coated. Pour over the crust.
