  • Instructions

  • Start by washing and peeling the peaches and mangos. Remove the pits and then chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped peaches and mangoes. Add the sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss gently and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • If using a pre-made crust, unfold it and place it in a pie dish; if making your own crust, roll it out and fit it into the dish.
