8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
2–3 ripe tomatoes (sliced)
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
Prepare the pesto sauce by pulsing basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor. Gradually add olive oil until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
