  • Ground Beef or Thinly Sliced Steak
  • Diced Onion
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Cheese (Provolone or Cheddar)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for Frying
  • Optional: Spicy Peppers, Mushrooms
  • Garnish: Fresh Parsley or Cilantro, Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef or sliced steak. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add Vegetables: To the skillet, add diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in the Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in your cheese of choice until melted.
  • Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom corner. Fold and roll tightly, sealing with water.
