  • 1 pound of ground turkey sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey sausage until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  • While the sausage is cooking, crack the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and whisk until well combined.
  • Add the cooked sausage and diced bell peppers into the eggs and mix gently.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
