1 pound of ground turkey sausage6 large eggs1 cup of diced bell peppers1/2 cup of shredded cheese1/4 teaspoon of salt1/4 teaspoon of black pepper1 teaspoon of garlic powderCooking spray
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey sausage until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.While the sausage is cooking, crack the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and whisk until well combined.Add the cooked sausage and diced bell peppers into the eggs and mix gently.Pour the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
