  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, spices, bourbon vanilla, and salt until smooth and combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into eight ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Place the ramekins in a large baking dish, and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set but still has a slight jiggle in the center.
  • Remove the ramekins from the water bath and cool them to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of granulated sugar on top of each custard. Using a kitchen torch, carefully caramelize the sugar until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the bruleed tops cool for a minute before serving. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
