½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add softened butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs, then press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons flour until well combined.
Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
Pour the filling over the baked crust and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
