  • 12 ripe peaches (sliced)

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or an 8-inch round baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Wash the raspberries gently to avoid mashing them. Slice your peaches into thin wedges, removing the pit.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly frothy. Slowly add in the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt into the egg mixture, stirring gently until combined. Be careful not to overmix—you want a smooth batter!
