  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  • Slowly add in your dry mixture to the wet, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop out the dough and roll it into balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges look set but the center is still soft.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
