  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap 3-4 cloves of garlic in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until they become soft and fragrant.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Once the garlic has cooled, squeeze the cloves out of their skins and into the bowl, smashing them if desired.
