Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3–4 cloves of roasted garlic
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap 3-4 cloves of garlic in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until they become soft and fragrant.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Once the garlic has cooled, squeeze the cloves out of their skins and into the bowl, smashing them if desired.
Add in the horseradish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
For best flavor, chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
