4 large eggs
2 ripe pears (preferably Bartlett or Anjou)
1 cup spinach

1 clove of garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Core and slice the pears into thin wedges. In a mixing bowl, toss the pear slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and the minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
