Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 anchovy fillets (packed in oil)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • Trim the tops and tails of the radishes, rinse them, and pat them dry.
