  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips for even distribution.
  • Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownie batter and swirl it throughout.
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top of the caramel layer.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but still gooey in the center.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
