1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and half the butter until crumbly. Add cold water by the tablespoon to help it stick together, forming a lovely dough. Roll it out and line your pie dish with it.
Once the potatoes are soft, drain them and return them to the pot. Add the remaining butter, cream, salt, and pepper, then mash until creamy.
Spoon the creamy potato filling into your prepared pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
