1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the seafood mix and cook until just opaque (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for about a minute. Slowly add the heavy cream while whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened (about 3 minutes). Stir in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Fold the cooked seafood into the sauce mixture, ensuring even coating.
Pour the seafood mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with a mix of breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
