Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 1 cup of orzo
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the orzo in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
