  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and diced bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the mixture to keep the meatballs tender.
