  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the beef mixture into 4-6 equal patties, making them slightly thicker in the center.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the patties on both sides (optional).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth and onion soup mix until well blended. Stir in the sliced mushrooms.
  • Place the browned patties in the slow cooker and pour the mushroom gravy mixture over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
