  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional: cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños, black beans or bell peppers
  • Garnish: fresh cilantro, lime wedges

  • Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the Corn: Evenly distribute the corn over the chicken. If using frozen corn, there’s no need to thaw it first.
