1 cup beef broth
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni

Fresh jalapeños (optional)

Instructions
Brown the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until fully browned. Drain any excess fat and transfer the meat to your slow cooker.
Add Ingredients: To the slow cooker, add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, beef broth, and cream cheese. Stir until well combined.
Cook on Low: Cover and cook for 4 hours on the low setting, allowing the flavors to meld.
Add Pasta: After 4 hours, add the elbow macaroni. It’s essential to stir well to ensure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
Finish Cooking: Cover and continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the pasta is tender and cooked through.
Add Cheese: Once the pasta is nearly done, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy throughout.
Serve: Dish out the taco pasta into bowls, garnishing with your choice of cilantro, avocado, or sour cream. Enjoy!
