  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice your baguette into thin pieces, about ½ inch thick.
  • Lay those on a baking sheet and brush with a little olive oil.
  • Bake for about 6-8 minutes or until they are crispy and lightly golden.

  • Use an electric mixer or a fork to blend until smooth.
