4 large flour tortillas
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Butter (for toasting)
Instructions
Preheat your skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat. While it’s heating, you can start prepping your roll-ups.
Prepare your filling: In a bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. Mix well until everything is coated nicely.
Spread the filling: Take one tortilla and spread a generous amount of the marshmallow-chocolate mixture over half of it. Leave a little space around the edges so it doesn’t all spill out.
Roll it up: Carefully fold the tortilla in half—if you’re feeling fancy, you can roll it from opposite corners! Just make sure it’s tight enough to hold in the deliciousness.
Butter it up: Lightly butter the outside of the rolled tortilla. This will give it that golden, crispy texture when you toast it.
Toast in the skillet: Place the rolled-up tortilla seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Slice and serve: Once toasted, remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Then slice them into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with chocolate (if using), and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs or any other garnishes you fancy!
