1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Prepare the Zucchini: Grate the zucchini using a box grater and squeeze out excess water for less moisture.
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
