1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar for praline topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Fold in the chopped pecans and shredded coconut gently until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter.
